Absentee ballot applications are available at the Administrative Assistant Office and
Absentee ballots must be returned by 12:00 pm on Wednesday, November 16, 2016.
All persons (18 years of age and above) who have been a patient of CCMH or reside in our
service area shall be deemed a member of the Corporation and are entitled to vote.

Cavalier County Memorial
Hospital has been providing quality health care to the people
of the area since 1939.
The hospital is operated as a nonprofit
corporation with a board of directors elected by the people
the hospital's service area.
CCMH provides inpatient and emergency
services as a Medicare designated Critical Access Hospital
its 20 bed facility
located in Langdon, North Dakota. In addition
to the hospital, the nonprofit corporation operates outpatient
clinics in Langdon and Walhalla.
